All the speculation and rumors are getting real the trade is confirmed, they will trade Mario Chalmers and James Ennis to Memphis Grizzlies with exchange to (guard)Beno Udrih and (forward/center)Jarnell Stokes.
The move helps Miami financially by clearing Chalmers’ $4.3 million salary and the nearly $1 million it would have paid Ennis. Udrih and Stokes combine to make about $3 million. Also, given that the Heat are over the salary cap, Yahoo! estimates it will save them $6 million in luxury tax penalties.
But one offshoot of this situation is seems unlikely the Heat would trade Chalmers if they were not expecting Gerald Green back relatively soon. Green has been apart from the team since Wednesday, when he was hospitalized, and Miami has given no update on his status.

Who’s Doug McDermott?
Position: Small Forward
Height/Weight: 6-8 / 218
2014 Round 1: Pick 11 Drafted By: Denver Nuggets (traded to Chicago Bulls)
He played at Creighton Coached by his father, Greg, Doug McDermott averaged 26.7 points while winning NCAA National Player of the Year honors as a senior. He became only the eighth player in NCAA history to score 3,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in a career with 135 games in double figures is also an NCAA record.
Others think that McDermott was just an ordinary player and poor defense but when I look at his record its amazing he can become a better player that can play in different way. Nice trade from the Bulls big key addition.
While I’m browsing about Doug this what I found some comments from:
Coach Tom Thibodeau worked with McDermott last summer with USA Basketball.
“If you view him as strictly a shooter, you’re not casting the proper light on him,” Thibodeau said. “He’s a lot more than that. We think he’s a complete player. We think he’s capable of playing very good defense.”
“I knew watching that game that I was the perfect fit for them,” McDermott said. “I think I can bring so much. With D-Rose coming back, I can play off him so well because he draws so much attention.”
“But I feel that I’ve shown I can play with these athletes,I can play against longer defenders; I’m starting to prove people wrong.”
McDermott already has the college connection with fellow Creighton product and former Bull Kyle Korver, whom he joked he outjumped in the vertical test at the combine.

James Harden beat the shot clock with the deep three. It looks like an easy shot from the logo. Don’t underestimate the one of the best player in the league. A very disappointed look from the defender when he make the shot.
Watch the buzzer beater video versus San Antonio:
The Spurs’ ageless trio has been together since the 2002-03 season and, of course, have been in the playoffs every year. For the passed years it’s shows how comfortable they are playing with each other. Even with a small glimpse of an eye they know where to pass the ball, it shows how teamwork was.

Paul George is looking like he’s already in a game despite coming off a gruesome injury. He already shooting the ball well and has already shown us some nice dunks this pre season.

During in an interview in Huffpost Live there’s a question to Jerry West by Ben Teitelbaum: If you weren’t the NBA Logo who would be?
Jerry West’s silhouette that inspired the iconic NBA logo, the Los Angeles Lakers legend is not averse to a change.
Sports fan have even crowned him: “The Logo“
The 1969 NBA Finals MVP told HuffPost Live on Monday that he would love to see the former Chicago Bulls star as the logo.
West said in an interview:
“I hate to say it’s not a Laker, but Michael Jordan,” West told HuffPost Live’s Jordan Schultz. “He’s been the greatest player I’ve ever seen. And I’m probably a harsh judge of talent in the sense that I admire players that are really good defensive players and really good offensive players. And I felt that at his time in the game, he was the best defensive player in the game, but more importantly he was the best offensive player. And he made his teams win.”
“He would be a wonderful person to have there,”
