Social Media Battle: Jon Jones vs Alexander Gustafsson, Someone got Burnt, Haha

After an impressive showing from Alexander Gustafsson against Teixeira that put him at the number one ranking and possible contention at the belt, he and Jon Jones had a little back and forth action on social media.
Jon Jones who is scheduled to fight Daniel Cormier in one of the most anticipated rematch in UFC and is building up to be another classic as the two nemesis engage assaults even before the actual fight. The fight between the two is scheduled on UFC 214, July 29 in Anaheim, California.
On the side, Alexander Gustafsson will be waiting to see what happens on this fight as he could be the next in line.
Meanwhile, lets enjoy the friendly banter between the two fighters.

UFC Alexander Gustafsson KO Teixera Then Did this, Two Wins in One Day

UFC Fight Night 109 Alexander Gustafsson vs Glover Teixeira was nothing less but exciting as two tough fighters went the distance in a rugged battle that ended in a knockout after Gustafsson delivered a four punch combo started with three uppercuts then finished with a heavy right hook that put down Teixeira for good.
Alexander(7) who is now third in most finishes behind Chuck Liddel(9) and Jone Jones(9) put him self back in the conversation for a title fight but that isn’t really what’s on his mind that night as he was planning something else.
The win probably was probably the signal for him to execute the real plan of the night, one that would change his life forever.
He called his girlfriend and to the surprise of many the warrior Gustafsson turned into a gentlemen inside the cage and knelt down to propose to his girlfriend.
Alex won the fight and the hand of his girlfriend. Congratulations. What a night!

UFC Fight Night: Arlovski vs. Barnett aka UFC Hamburg took place at Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany on September 3, 2016.

The maint event fighters Andrei Arlovski and Josh Barnett exchanged shots with them as heavy as during the first round with some knockdowns. Barnett’s eye was poked and I think that’s what turned the ‘Warmaster’ wild. He took Arlovski down to the mat where he submitted him with a rear naked choke. Arlovski was forced to tapped out.

I saw too much wrestling in the co-main event as well. Alexander Gustafsson Jan Blachowicz punished alot on the mat. The ground and pound game resulted to a unanimous decision by the ‘Mauler’. Could’ve been better if the fight was stand up though.

Ryan Bader’s knee to the face on Ilir Latifi was the knockout of the night for me! Darth pulls off a Mark Hunt KO’s walk off there. There were moments they exchange. Latifi also took Bader down but could not keep for long. Latifi was put to sleep.
