Iggy In Demand This 2017 Free Agency, Teams That are Interested Are…

Do you know how hard it is to keep 3 superstars in one team?
How about keeping 4? Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green intact?
Andre Iguodala has embraced the role of a role player in Golden State Warriors, even though I have always believed that he is a first five material. He has shown his versatility and has been a consistent contributor off the bench for the Warriors.  This year, he might be due for a bigger contract and so other teams believed.
It’s not surprising that other teams would be interested in getting the service of the former first round pick of the Sixers.  Andre Iguodala is expected to receive interest from the Phoenix Suns, Minnesota Timberwolves and Atlanta Hawks, according to ESPN’s Chris Haynes.

The New Big Five in Oakland, How did the Fans React to KD’s Decision?

It has been a shocking news for Oklahoma City Thunder Fans, after Kevin Durant joined the bandwagon and left them just to join the powerhouse Golden State Warriors. The Warriors now, are much more lethal as a contender than before. The Big 5 for the Warriors consists of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala, Draymond Green and of course.. Durant.

The fans were not happy with what happened and were disappointed with Durant’s decision.

Here are some of what I found about fans reacting on Durant’s Instagram:

Here is Durant’s essay posted on The Players Tribune. A message on ending his 9-year stint with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

//platform.twitter.com/widgets.jsAfter all, it is still Durant’s decision. We couldn’t blame him for leaving, but it is unfair to go to a team who has a lot of star players in their prime and lastly, going to a team who just eliminated them last playoffs just to win a championship, is much worse than not winning a ring.

Iguodala underwent offseason knee injections in Germany

Golden State Warriors forward Andre Iguodala revealed that he received knee injections in Germany over the offseason.

Iguodala, 31, engaged in a treatment meant to ease joint soreness, but he did not elaborate on whether the treatment was the same as the orthokine shots that Kobe Bryant received annually in Germany.

“My knees feel really good,” Iguodala said Monday at Warriors Media Day of the procedure’s effects. “I’ve been dunking a lot lately, which I normally don’t do in the offseason.”

2015 NBA finals MVP! ANDRE IGUODALA! A very worthy one!

Andre Iguodala – FVMP 2015 NBA finals

A very worthy one indeed, I could go on and on in praising this man and the job he did, But I would just highlight a few things that has been a little bit overlooked. His stats during the regular season wasn’t a great one 7.8 pts 3.3 rebs and 3 assists. But dude stepped up his game, in the most important stage in a player’s life. The finals, He averaged 16.3 points, 4 assists and 5.8 rebounds and the task of guarding Lebron James, sure he didn’t guard him one on one most of the time but he is the most effective player in their team that could guard Lebron and still contribute on the other side of the court. Andre has been this great all through out his career, and he showed tonight that he really deserved this award.

Game 6 stats : 36 mins : 45% FG / 37.5FG from 3 3/8 / 5 rebs / 5 assists / 2 steals with 0 turnovers.

Highlights of his game 6 performance:
