Just in!! Villanova won the 2016 NCAA National Championship!
The Villanova Wildcats ended the “March Madness” in the most exciting way you could possibly imagine.
Down to the final seconds of the ball game, Marcus Paige of North Carolina tied the ball game at 74 a piece with his double clutch off balance 3 point basket.
With 4.7 seconds left in the ball game Wildcat’s Ryan Arcidiancono brought the ball down, the moment he reached the mid court he then pass the ball to Chris Jenkins who nailed the buzzer beating three point shot!
Villanova Wildcats finally won its 2nd national championship in 31 years.
It’s 1 VS 2, Who ever wins will take it all out of 351 teams its down to 2 Tomorrow Night April 5, 2016 at exactly 9:19 am. manila time. I think BTV will air this for those who have sky cable but if you want to stream it feel free to go here http://atdhe.ru/basketball be careful of the links though and disregard the pop ups.
These two teams are very much alike except they have contrasting advantage over opponents UNC often rely on their front court of Jackson, Johnson and Meeks.Nova though use their back court of Hart, Arch and Jenkins, both of the other starting 5 members aren’t a joke either.
Nova’s Starting 5
The determining factor for this game is Bench and i favor UNC’s over Nova. UNC is about 10 deep but Nova is at most 8 deep. Coaching is a toss up but you have to give the edge to the guy who has won it twice already so i would go over his experience on the other hand Jay Wright isn’t a joke either but again Williams has won it twice against equally good or maybe even better than Wright.
This would be fun game because as I stated both are complete teams just like last year but i think it would come down to the bigs because with the way how college game works the bigs are a big factor that is also the same reason why Nova beat Oklahoma Sooners that way because they were able to contain Hield and the bigs were a non factor pretty much.
Here’s the prediction of analysts from NCAA March Madness:
Left to right first row – #5 Marcus Paige (SR) Coach- Roy Williams #13 Kanler Coker (JR)
At the back #42 Joel James (SR), Brice Johnson (SR)
Yes these four veterans of college basketball worked they way to where they are now, after a few years of setbacks the Tar Heels are back to #1. They are a surprise this season despite having only 1 5 star commit in the last 2 years who happens to be #44 Justin Jackson the nation’s #8th player from class of 2014. That starting 5 is like a thing of beauty whenever they need to step it up on both ends.
UNC seems like they are headed to the final four again this year, all we have to do is wait and see despite losing to Louisville on Feb 1, 2016. I still like their chances because of the veteran squad that they have.
Here is a replay of their best win of the season vs Rival Maryland 12 1, 2015
