Know about Cydthealee Demecillo

A volleyball athlete, a former member of the De La Salle University collegiate women’s varsity volleyball team in both indoor and beach volleyball, and Meralco Power Spikers where she both played as an Outside Hitter and Demecillo has set a record in the history of De La Salle University for the school’s first ever UAAP beach volleyball championship title.

Demecillio debuted with the DLSU Lady Spikers in Season 73 of the UAAP as an Open HitterShe has consumed her 5-year eligibility in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines with 3 championship titles, also played in UAAP’s beach volleyball tournament (alongside Kim FajardoAra Galang and Ernestine Tiamzon) and has given her university its first ever record of gold medal for the said tournament.


Know about Kim Fajardo

A volleyball athlete, a member of the current Philippine national team and current team of the De La Salle University women’s volleyball team In 2012, Fajardo enrolled at De La Salle University for her collegiate studies. As a member of the DLSU Lady Spikers, she has won one UAAP indoor volleyball (UAAP Season 75) and one UAAP beach volleyball (UAAP Season 78) championships, respectively. Although Fajardo has graduated from De La Salle University she will play her final year of eligibility in the 79th Season of the UAAP.

Not only a volleyball player but she is a TV Host also a team member of UST Lady Tigresses in the UAAP and the Cignal HD Spikers in the Philippine Super Liga lastly for your information she graduated with a degree in AB Communication Arts in the University of Santo Tomas and currently taking up Masters in Marketing Communication in the UST Graduate school.



Know about Aiza Maizo- Pontillas

A volleyball athlete, a member and team captain of the UAAP champion teams of the UST Golden Tigresses (2008-2010) now she is the team captain of the Petron Tri-Activ Spikers and plays as an opposite hitter.

Jovelyn Gonzaga is a volleyball athlete, a member and team captain of Central Philippine Volleyball team currently a member of the Philippine Army Lady Troopers plays as an oppositer hitter. Also she was the team captain of Philippines women’s national volleyball team that competed in the 2015 Southeast Asian Games.

A Filipina volleyball player played in the UAAP during her collegiate years for the NU Lady Bulldogs and started her professional career in the Philippine Super Liga as the first overall pick in the 2014 season for Petron Blaze Spikers also she has a sister volleyball player too name Alyja Daphne “Jaja” Santiago and married to basketball coach Chico Manabat please welcome Ms.Dindin Santiago- Manabat.

Know about Jed Montero: Hottest Volleyball Athlete

Not only a volleyball athlete also an actress, a member of the University of the Philippines women’s volleyball team in the UAAP ( Seasons 70-71) and she was a member of the RC Cola Raiders in the Philippine Super Liga from 2013-2014.

Know About Ms.Angeli Tabaquero

An athlete, a member of the UAAP champion teams of the UST Golden Tigresses (2008-2010) now she is currently playing in the Philippine Super Liga with the Foton Toplanders, also a previous member and team captain of the Cagayan Valley Lady Rising Suns lastly  she was named team captain for the Philippine women’s national volleyball team in 2013 (Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship) introducing Ms.Angeli Tabaquero.


Know About Jia Morado

Aside from being a volleyball player she is a multi-awarded athlete and a full-time student at the Ateneo de Manila University where she is taking up an AB course major in Psychology. Also a member of the Ateneo de Manila University’s collegiate women’s varsity indoor volleyball team and the Philippines Women’s National Volleyball Team and played in the 2012 Palarong Pambansa and led the NCR Team to a championship where she won the Best Setter award. Born on October 28,1991 at her hometown in Oxnard California currently playing for Petron Blaze Spikers in the Philippine Super Liga and for KIA Forte in the Shakey’s V-League not only that she was the 2015 first round draft pick of the Petron Blaze Spikers in the Philippine Super Liga the one and only Ms.Alexa Micek.


Know about Ms. Victonara Galang

A multi awarded volleyball player of UAAP Rookie of the Year (Season 74), UAAP Most Valuable Player (Season 75) and former team captain (2014-2015) of the DLSU Lady Spikers also she began her commercial league career in the PSL, where she was selected as the first overall draft pick for the 2016 season for the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers. Know about Ms.Charo Soriano

Aside from being a volleyball athlete Ms.Charo Soriano is currently the playing coach for the BaliPure Purest Water Defenders in the Shakey’s V-League  also one of the co-founders of Beach Volleyball Republic and member of the coaching staff of Ateneo Lady Eagles women’s volleyball team. In 2011 she became a head coach of the Ateneo Lady Eagles team that won its first Shakey’s V-League title (Season 8, 1st Conference) later Soriano was a standout for Ateneo Lady Eagles indoor and beach women’s volleyball teams.

Once again, Ateneo Lady Eagles have built their defenses and attacks up against FEU Lady Tamaraws with three consecutive wins. The FEU Lady Tamaraws have shown great defense but Alyssa Valdez and the rest of the Lady Eagles manage to get through it.

UNDEFEATED: Ateneo Lady Eagles clinched the top spot with 3-0 ranking

The Ateneo Lady Eagles, with another three-set win, have earned their third straight win of the season: 25-22, 25-19, 25-15.

It was a hard-fought battle against the FEU Lady Tams who did everything they can to stop Valdez and her squad. With its 20th consecutive win, will the Lady Eagles remain on top, or will the UP Lady Maroons put an end to the streak on Sunday, Feb 14?

Three straight wins for the Ateneo Blue Eagle Womens Volleyball


Last Jan. 31, 2016, UAAP’s 78th season was held at FilOil Arena at San Juan with Ateneo Blue Eagles leading with 3 sets straight wins leaving NU bulldogs, though they tried hard to bring home the bacon, it wasn’t meant for them in the end.
