The Greek Freak Shows Some Love in Manila

Could the weekend get any better?

NBA fans were treated this weekend by NBA stars, not one, not two, but three NBA basketball players! Back in America, the association is busy, not because of games but because of player movements which is shifting the league and exciting basketball fans. It is also that time of the year when the NBA management gets to play their game and use players as the pieces of the puzzle.
For NBA players  however, it is the time of the year when you get to relax and just do other things. NBA players’ off season are usually filled with guesting and promotional activities for endorsed brands.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is doing that and more… The Greek Freak in cooperation with King Bally Entertainment brought the rising star to the Philippines for a charity event for the benefit of Makati Science High School.
King Bally donated sports equipment and refurbished their basketball court while Giannis brought some enjoyment to the fans as he played alongside with them during the meet and greet event at the Glorietta Activity Center. Together with Giannis were college basketball hopefuls, Gabe Norwood and Ranidel De Ocampo.
The Glorietta activity center was filled with spectators as they watched the 6’11 forward of the Milwaukee Bucks showcase his skills. They were also given some treats as Giannis threw out signed basketballs to lucky fans at the venue.
The event, while can overall be improved, was good and left a lot of fans with smiling faces and memories that they can treasure forever.
