Lebron James: Strive For Greatness Tour Photos & Post Updates

Last night was one of the memorable nights in my life. Lebron James just shake my hand before the leaving the MOA Arena of his Strive For Greatness Tour in Manila. This is already the 3rd time James went here in the Philippines. The experience was overwhelming since I was not expecting that I will have a close encounter with the best player in the planet.

The Strive For Greatness Tour features a game between Gilas Young Bloods versus Old Guys. Players from Young Bloods were led by Kiefer Ravena, Ray Parks, Matthew Wright, RR Pogoy and Raymond Almazan. One notable player that played last night for Young Bloods was Kai Sotto. A 14-year old 7 footer which has a lot of potential for our basketball especially playing International competition.

Gilas Old Guys were led by LA Tenerio, Japeth Aguilar, Paul Lee, Jason Castro, Jeff Chan and Ranidel De Ocampo.

The game is a 30 minute game only. Lebron James played in the final 3:52 of the game to the delight of the fans. You can hear non-stop cheering every time Lebron touches the ball. As usual, Lebron did not disappoint his fans by giving powerful dunks and alley-oops passes.

The Gilas Young Bloods won over Gilas Old Guys 92-71.

The event ended by giving away autograph basketballs to the fans.

Here are some photos on last night’s Strive For Greatness Tour:
