On September 9, the first ever Open Workout in Philippine MMA history was conducted at Fitness Armory Timog, Quezon City. More than fifty fighters both student and Pro-am participated to showcase their striking, grappling, strength and speed inside the cage. For striking, mitts were used to test the athlete, and for their grappling and ground game the athlete’s were tasked to take down the trainer, and used a life size body punching bag to test their ground and pound. There were only twenty six fighters selected to throwdown at the October 20 fight night by judges Burn Soriano “the 15sec spinning backfist KO man” (ONE Championship bantamweight stalwart) and John Adajar (Universal Reality Combat Championship welterweight contender). Two Hitman MMA standouts.

Forza is instrumental in promoting and advocating Mixed Martial Arts. This is an actual working model to encourage young fighters to train and get an opportunity to showcase their talents.
Aside from the competition, two of the best rock acts in the country Kjwan and Mayonnaise will also take the center stage.
