Yuriorkis Gamboa Set For Another Ring Return

Former world champion Cuban defector Yuriorkis Gamboa is set for his ring return following shocking lost to Robinson Castellanos on May 5th in Las Vegas Nevada. 
Yuriorkis “El Ciclon de Guantánamo”  Gamboa  (26-2,17) will be facing  Mexican Alexis Paran (15-2-1,7) on August 12 at Arena Oasis in Cancun Quintana Roo Mexico. 
Back in May Gamboa was upset by rugged Mexican Robinson Castellanos who dropped Gamboa once in third and once again in fourth before quitting on his stool in seventh round. 
Former Three division world champion and Olympic gold medalist Gamboa is fighting under the banner of Golden Boy Promotions. Gamboa’s two defeats were came from Terrence Crawford and Robinson Castellanos.

On May 5, 2017, under the Golden Boy Promotions, a 10 round lightweight battle between the former three-division World Champion,Cuban Boxer, Yuriorkis Gamboa and his long time Mexican contender, Robinson Castellanos is about to happen at the MGM Grand Garden Arena  in Las Vegas, NV.
For the record, Yuriorkis Gamboa  is a unified former  featherweight champion of the world with a total of 27 boxing bouts, 26 wins and 17 by knockout and defeated only once. While his upcoming opponent Robinson Castellanos alias “Robin Hood” has a total number of 35 fights, won 23 times , 13 by knockout and had been defeated 12 times.
