The search for the next Filipino mixed martial arts superstars continues as Pacific X-treme Combat’s amateur league unveils another night of sizzling MMA action right at the heart of Metro Manila.
Slated on November 11 at Metrotent, Metrowalk Complex in Ortigas, PXC Laban MMA Manila will showcase some of the best amateur fighters in the country who are all eager to prove that they are ready to take the next step towards the professional ranks.
Making PXC Laban MMA Manila even more exciting to watch is the women’s match that serves as the event’s curtain raiser. It pits Dumaguete City’s Krishna Limbaga from Team Camp Vallega against debuting Krystelle Sabadlab of Makati City and fighting from the Mumma/Fight Factory.
Highlighting the full-stacked card are the co-main events that feature top amateur fighters who could very well end up moving onto the professional ranks and making a name for themselves in the PXC, Asia-Pacific’s top MMA company. Getting on the ring first is Agusan del Norte’s Jimboy Panlita of Submission Sports Philippines, who will be staking his 9-1 win-loss record against equally tough Jonjer Torbiso of Lapu-Lapu City, who totes a 6-2 record and fights out of Team Insider.
Capping off a night of slambang action is the main event that features fan favorite Reymond Doliguez of Sarangani Province going up against Iloilo City’s Camilo Rey Seneres. Aiming to improve his 5-3 record, Doliguez, who is fighting out of Submission Sports Philippines, will try to prove that his MMA fighting style is superior over the freestyle technique of Seneres, who has a 3-1 win-loss record and is representing Team Mumma.
Of course, the rest of the matches are must-watch affairs too, with Team Camp Vallega’s Danny Dilag from Aklan tangling with Lions Den MMA’s Joemy Miado, and Cavite’s Wallen del Rosario of John Baylon Clube de Jiujitsu mixing it up with Davao’s Mark Fabrigra from Safehouse Gym. Then it’s Leyte’s Eddie Amora of Submission Sports Philippines pitting his wrestling style with the freestyle of Manila’s Team Biagtan Muaythai MMA.
