Clippers’ Interesting and Funny Off Season Group Chat

Now that some of the moves have been revealed and the Clippers are now one superstar less with Chris Paul heading to Houston, let’s take a peak at the off season conversations between the players and Coach Doc Rivers.
Hey guys this is just for fun.

Clippers is Dismantling? Griffin to Miami

Clippers in a way was a super team that fell short in making it to the top. Not that the team and the players are not performing well, but its just too difficult to shine in the stacked Western Division Conference.
Recently, a former teammate of Blake was quoted saying that Blake might go to Miami Heat.
Miami isn’t a bad team but going there won’t translate to being the top team right away. The Heat is still in a rebuilding mode and aside from a warm weather, there should be nothing else to expect for Blake if he decides to go to Miami.

Chris Paul Made a Young Man Really Happy with Another Assist

The 31-year-old veteran point guard Chris Paul has been in giving mode all his career.
The 2017 playoffs are no exception as the 9x All-Star continues to play consistent ball averaging 27 points and 10 assists in the first round of the best of seven series ball game against the tough Utah Jazz.
The Clippers won game 6 and there are different ways to celebrate their victory especially now that the they could get a momentum shift with the homecourt advantage as game 7 will be at Staple Center.
Clipper vs Jazz is the only match-up in the first round that will go to game 7 as both teams are eager to make a run for the coveted championship trophy.
After the game 6 win, Chris Paul rewarded a Clipper fan by giving him his pair of sneakers. Count that as another assist for Paul!

The Comeback of Baron Davis Soon

Baron Davis, is expected to make a return to basketball for the first time ever since 2012. The former Golden State Warriors’ star plans to sign and play for a D-League team.

Davis’ last stint on the NBA was with the New York Knicks, where he only played for one season, as the back up for Jeremy Lin at point guard. Davis’ season ended after he tore his ACL and MCL on his right knee during a game vs Miami Heat at the playoffs.
Todd Ramasar, Davis’ agent, said that Davis felt that the timing was right and also Davis had put in the training and was confident in his body to do this comeback and aiming to play again at the NBA.
Davis had played for Charlotte / New Orleans Hornets, the Warriors, LA Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Knicks.  During his tenure, he averaged 16.1 points per game, and 7.2 assists per game.

Minnesota’s Future is here ! Scored 55 points, 9 assists and 13 rebs. Wiggy, Zach, Towns trio!

Lavine, Wiggins, Towns

The future big 3 from the west, Displayed a balance attack but fall short in the hands of the Clippers last Nov 29, 2015. The young Wolves had a record of 8-8 prior to this game something that they haven’t achieved in a long time.

Wiggins was the reason why they were able to come back to this game, He started a bit slow but was able to find his rhythm and even scored 9 points on the 3rd quarter, he ended the night with 21 points 2rebs and 2 assist and a block shot.

Towns bagged in a quite but efficient 17 pts shooting 8-13, grabbed 8 rebounds and a block shot as well.
Lavine had a good game to boast the future of this franchise, he scored 18 points grabbed, 3 rebounds, dished out 7 assists. The Future is indeed bright for this Franchise, however the question that stands right now is after 3 years will they still be together? That’s what we all would find out, don’t forget to drop by I assure you that I would still be a wolves fan even after 3 years.

Here is the replay of their performance:

Twolves shopping Anthony Bennett this draft!

Anthony Bennett (2013 first pick)

• The Timberwolves have also made Anthony Bennett, the No. 1 pick in 2013 available for a trade, ESPN’s Marc Stein reports

It’s sad to think that the Wolves won’t need Bennett due to the fact that they have a log jam on front court. They have KG, Pekovic, Dieng, Hummel and #1 pick.  So this is probably the main reason why they want to trade Bennett, A lot of people thinks he is a bust, they might be partly correct but he can also be a solid player if he work on his game and am sure he is doing that right now. Best case for him would be Derrick Coleman like career or worst case Clarance Weatherspoon. I think Wolves might package Benett with one of their late first round picks to climb up or with Kevin Martin as well. The best fit i can see for Bennett would be with the Clippers assuming they don’t get Pierce, he would thrive playing next to CP3.

I will leave you with Bennett’s 2014-2015 season highlights:

Who is Clipper Darrell?

Clipper Darell

Who is he? He is Darrell Bailey, the number one Clipper Fan. He is known to many of his fellow season ticket holders and many NBA fans around the world as Clipper Darrell. He is a fixture at Clipper home games, and many away games. His total consecutive home game attendance is 386. But now Clipper Darrel will be history. Check out his statement on his website:
It is with great sadness that I must report to all those in NBA NATION that I have been told by Clipper management they no longer want me to be Clipper Darrell, a name that was given to me by the media because of my unwavering support and team spirit. I am devastated!!!!

I have been a season ticket holder for over a decade and a FAN for over 15 years and have dedicated a major part of my life to support the Clipper organization and it’s players no matter what the season’s outcome. Over the years (400 home games) I have gone to great lengths to show my appreciation and loyalty in my attire, the car I drive and in my very own home. I’ve taken seriously the mantra of being “Clipper Darrell” in performing community service, mentoring young children and my participation in outreach programs. I’ve appreciated the struggles of the team to overcome obstacles as I’ve done in my life. I felt vindicated for all the years we as Clipper fans have gone through trials and tribulations and NOW we have a team that can win it all. Yesterday was the hardest day of my life, I felt powerless as a fan, as I was stripped of my identity however, no one can take away my heart and the love I have for my team!
