BOXING KONTRA DROGA: Flash Elorde Grandsons to Defend WBO Crowns

Filipino boxing legend Gabriel “Flash” Elorde grandsons will defend their WBO titles as part of Jhonny Elorde Promotions’ “Boxing Kontra Droga” on Feb. 25 at the Elorde Sports Center in Paranaque.
Juan Martin “Bai” Elorde (21-1-1,8) is set to defend his WBO Oriental lightweight title against Aekkawee Kaewmanee / Patomsith Pathompothong (16-7,6) of Thailand. The older of the two Elordes “Bai” won the WBO Oriental lightweight title on March 29 by outpointing Indonesian Musa Letding in a 10 round bout.
Juan Miguel “Boss” Elorde (22-1,11) the younger of the Elorde brothers will face Indonesian Erick Deztroyer (8-4-1,1). Juan Miguel Elorde is the reigning and defending WBO Asia Pacific Jr Featherweight champion and he is looking forward to defend his crown for the second time against the Indonesian fighter. 
Elorde brothers are both highly rated in World Boxing Organization (WBO). Juan Miguel is rated #3 in Jr.Featherweight division while Juan Martin is rated #8 in lightweight division. The WBO Jr Featherweight champion is Jessie Magdaleno and the WBO lightweight king is Terry Flanagan. Boxing fans are waiting for the Elorde brothers to step up in class and get their world title shots in the near future.
