ALA Promotion’s Pinoy Pride 39 : IBF World Championship that will be held at Cebu Coliseum in Cebu City on November 26 will headline interim IBF World championship fight between Milan Melindo (34-2) and Teerapong Uthaida (31-4-1) of Thailand. The interim title bout between #3 Uthaida and #6 Melindo was ordered by the IBF after titleholder Akira Yaegashi was sidelined due to injury, rendering him unable to defend his belt against Melindo.
In the undercard WBO #1 Superlightweight contender Jason Pagara (39-2) will face former world title challenger Jose Alfaro (28-10-1) of Argentina scheduled for 10 round Welterweight non-title bout.
Jason’s younger brother “Prince” Albert Pagara (26-1) who recently lost to Mexican Cesar Juarez by the way of 8th round shocking stoppage for the WBO Inter-continental super bantamweight title in San Mateo, California, USA last July will also join the fight card facing Ghana’s Raymond Commey (16-3)
