In his light heavyweight debut at Oracle Arena in Oakland California, former Super Middleweight champion Andre Ward scored a 3rd round Knock down enroute to his impressive 12 rounds Unanimous Decision victory over formerly unbeaten Sullivan Barrera of Cuba. Scores were 117-109, 119-109, 117-108. Ward is looking forward to face Unified Light Heavyweight Champion Sergey Kovalev next.
In co main event Joseph Diaz outclassed and almost scores former World title challenger Jason Velez to capture the NABF Featherweight title. Scores were 100-91, 99-91,98-92
