Manchester City 1-3 Chelsea

With only one point separated each other on the table standings this match will be important on the current structure of the table, Moments before the end of the first half, Manchester City find themselves on top when Gary Cahill put his team behind when he scored an own goal after his attempted clearing kick from Navas’ cross find its way on the top left corner of the goal. Diego Costa level the scoreline in the 60th minute when he scored a goal on a 1on1 situation with Otamendi from a great pass by Cesc Fabregas. Willian put Chelsea on top 2-1 in the 70th minute from a great through ball by Costa to finish a beautiful counter-attack. Hazard put the game within out of reach of Man City in the 90th minute when he scored trhe final goal of the game when he out paced Kolarov to get to the ball first then scored a goal from a 1on1 situation with the keeper. However the result of the game was shadowed by an unfortunate event when a brawl sparked between the two sides which resulted to both Man City players Sergio Aguero and Fernandinho being sent off with a red card and also facing a lengthy suspension because of the brawl that transpired. 

West Ham United 1-5 Arsenal

Arsenal are hoping that they will continue to put the pressure on the top two sides of the table coming in to this set of fixtures with a win. The Gunners are already up 1-0 after just 24 minutes when Mesut Ozil tapped in the ball towards the open goal after a nice through ball pass to him by Alexis Sanchez. The second goal of the game didnt arrive until the 72nd minute when Sanchez showcased his individual skill when he beats his defenders and shoots the ball inside the box. In the 80th minute Sanchez scored his second of the game when Xhaka’s pass which was intended for Ozil was deflected by the West Ham player towards the path of Sanchez where he turned around and scored a beautiful volleyed goal from outside the box. Andy Carroll put West Ham in the scoresheet in the 83rd minute when he headed in the rebound of the Payet’s free kick which struck the crossbar then headed it past the keeper to make it 3-1. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain restored Arsenal three goal cushion in the 84th minute when he decided to have a crack on the goal way outside the box. In the 86th minute Sanchez completes his hat-trick and scored the last goal of the game when he floats the ball past the keeper, however other replay angles showed that he was offside, but the assistant referee failed to catch it.

Tottenham Hotspur 5-0 Swansea City 

After a tough last couple of matchdays which resulted to them losing ground on the top three teams, Tottenham are attempting to get back to winning ways after only winning one out of the last six league games and in the 39th minute they were already up 1-0 when Harry Kane scored from the penalty box after Alli was brought down inside the box. Son then put Spurs up 2-0 just before halftime from a beautiful volleyed goal from a deflected Eriksen’s shot. Kane then make it 3-0 for Tottenham in the 49th minute when he took the ball from Son to blast it to the top left corner of the goal. In the 70th minute Eriksen scored the 4th goal of Spurs when Alli’s shot was saved the keeper, the save saw the ball looped  behind the keeper which allowed Eriksen to headed it in. Eriksen scored his second and the last goal of Tottenham of the game when he scored inside the box in the 90th minute.
