Czar Amonsot who is mative of Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines and now residing in St Kilda, Victoria, Australia claims his second WBA affiliated title (interim WBA Ocenia Superlightweight title) tonight with a 3rd round Technical knockout win over Christian Ariel Lopez of Argentina at Hisense Arena Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Amonsot is current WBA#9 contender and also the WBA Pan African champion he won the title over Indonesian Geisler Ap by the way of 2nd round stoppage on March 18.
In the undercard two Filipino boxers suffered defeat against Andrew and Jason Maloney.
Markquil Salvana who is the one who called out for a fight suffered 1st round knockout against Andrew Maloney. The older of the Maloney brothers Jason Maloney scored 4th round knockdown enroute to his unanimos decision victory over Filipino Jeffrey Francsico. The scores were 59-54 59-54 60-53.
